Dance Plus

 

 

Dance Plus offers the finest in professional dance instruction in north central and northeast San Antonio. With a combined total of 70+ years teaching experience, owner Deborah Pamplin has been in business since 1987. She has an extensive professional dance background and is a current member of the Texas Association of Teachers of Dancing.

 

 

All classes are limited in size to insure individual attention for each student. Classes can be tailored to individual needs including private instruction. Preschool classes, with a low student to teacher ratio, begin at the age 2 1/2. In addition to preschool, a complete dance curriculum is offered for all ages including adults. Classes can be tailored to individual needs with private instruction also available. New students, regardless of age, will be allowed one or more trial classes to determine readiness and desire for dance. An ann ual registration fee is required for new and returning students, and tuition is paid by the semester. Several payment options and family discounts make it easily affordable.Combination classes of ballet, tap and jazz are suggested for most beginning students. These classes enable the learning of fundamental techniques needed for a strong dance foundation. A wide variety of specialized classes are taught which appeal to many varied interests. Every June a recital or parent revue  is performed; and during off years, a dance revue is held. The fall semester runs from August through mid December, the spring semester from January until the end of May, and summer session from June through August.The emphasis at Dance Plus is based on a successful learning experience that enables each student to build self-esteem and confidence. Dance Plus provides a loving atmosphere in which students benefit from all the joys that dance has to offer.
